Refund Policy

Once you receive your order, you have 30 days to request a return of your item. The 30 day period starts on the day you receive your order. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

We unconditionally reserve the right not to refund you if the goods are not returned in a suitable condition.

If you decide to return the goods, the goods need to be returned to us at your own cost and it is your responsibility that the items reach us safely.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, incorrect, missing parts or has been damaged in transit. You can contact us by emailing with details of the fault and include photos where possible. You have 7 days to notify us of any issues from the date of delivery.

Please contact us and we will arrange for your faulty goods to be collected at our cost.


Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You will receive an email with information confirming whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll automatically receive your refund through your original payment method. 


Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
